It’s just a picture, and Meghan happened to show some cleavage, albeit glorious cleavage. Her Pops is the man, she is cool (and writes for the Daily Beast!), and she has a sexy go-to-hell look and attitude. So she’s hot, deal with it. Blaming her for wearing a shirt that may have been a bit too tight isn’t too far off from blaming a victim of sexual assault from dressing like she was asking for it.
